Utopia is located in the beautiful exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The neighborhood is quiet, tranquil and is superbly placed for all of central Florida's attractions.

This luxurious rental villa is over 4000 square foot and has been professionally decorated, and boasts; 4 King suites, 1 Queen suite and 2 twin children's rooms. The children’s rooms are decorated in true Disney fashion - Minnie and Mickey in the tropics, and Pooh and Tigger on safari. These bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand wash basin which is also decorated in the Disney theme.

Utopia is located only 2 miles from Disney World's main Entrance, and is only a one-minute drive to a large grocery store, post office, pharmacy, medical walk in clinic, and many restaurants which includes a TGI Friday and a Carrabbas (Italian eatery).

After a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the tropically landscaped pool area, consisting of a sports pool for volleyball, mouse-eared kiddie pool and oversized spa. Satellite TV and movies can be watched on the 53" big screen in the spacious family room or on the private TV's in all the bedrooms. The games room has its own TV and a regulation sized billiards table and an ice hockey table. If an unexpected visitor arrives, the sleeper sofa can accommodate.

Utopia is baby friendly. We supply at no cost; a crib, highchair and pushchair/stroller.

Need to get some work done? On the first floor there is a dedicated work area which features a computer with printer, free hi-speed Internet access and fax machine.

The fully appointed Kitchen and Dining Room are more than adequate should you choose to have a home cooked meal. Alternatively, you could just go poolside and enjoy the barbecue. In the evening put the kids to bed and relax in the Jacuzzi under the stars.
